RAID Dashboard: RAID stands for Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies. It is a project management framework used to identify, track, and manage potential challenges and important elements that could impact a project’s success. By maintaining a RAID log, teams can proactively address risks, document assumptions, solve issues, and manage dependencies effectively.
